Steel Hinge Doors
LEAF
A flush edge, 46mm thick leaf comprised from 18swg electro zinc coated steel, twin tray box constructed using bonded honeycomb in fill. Supplied and fitted with 11/2 pairs template drilled, stainless steel hinges.
Each leaf is supplied with the following standard features:
. 3 off 100 x 75mm high load, ball race hinges - stainless steel finish
. Overhead closer reinforcement
. Preparations to suit various lock manufacturers.
FRAME
A 16swg, double rebate, folded steel section pressed from 1.6mm electro zinc coated steel with bolted joints at the head. Each frame is provided with fixing plates welded into the back of the frame for installation into conventional openings by fixing bolts and packing shims provided by the installer ( Upon Request ). Additional fixing plates can be fitted to suit low density masonry / portioning systems ( Upon Request ) The frame is supplied in knock down form for ease of transportation and site assembly.
