Mechanical Dock Leveller

The hydraulically operated HQ is the most advanced model in the Stertil line. It has a full-range, extendable lip that can be positioned with the utmost accuracy and is extremely quiet in operation. The basic model can be expanded with countless options into a unit that suits even the most demanding customer.

Specifications

The toe protection plates are made of a single piece and provide protection for the full working height. Platform level differences are clearly recognizable by the yellow and black markings on both sides of the platform. The panic stop is activated in case of hose rupture or the unexpected departure of the truck, when goods and/or persons may still be on the leveller. The panic stop valve, integrated into the main cylinder, re-opens when the leveller is operated again. The emergency stop is activated when the red button on the control box is pushed. All movements of platform and lip stop immediately, even under full load. The standard protection of platform and lip consists of steel blasting, a primer coating and finish in ocean blue, RAL 5020; total layer thickness is 80 micrometers. The sub-frame is fully hot dip galvanized for a maximum life span.

Options

Composite control box in which integrated microproces sor enables various types of connections and operation with the sectional door, inflatable dockshelter, traffic light, etc. This control box comes with an auto-return but­ton. The mains supply for the leveller should have a neu­tral wire if 230-volt, single phase equipment is to be con­nected to the control box.

Auto-return

The leveller returns automatically to the rest position when the truck drives away. The composite con­trol box would accommodate this feature. For leveller widths 2250 and 2400 mm, the lip has inde­pendent side segments. A PVC closure at the front of the leveller to ensure smooth lines when the Draught exclusion between platform and pit walls. Various models of dockbumpers. Platform and lip sprayed in the preferred RAL colour. Quick mounting curbangles of self forming pans.
